YES! We are licensed with the State of Florida. We are fully insured with an additional blanket coverage for Palm Beach County Parks and Public areas. Please feel free to ask to see a copy of our insurance policy as we always carry it to each rental site.
Can I rent a unit for use in a park?
YES! As long as we know the day you call to reserve, we can take a look at the situation as our units can go almost anywhere. We are licensed and insured and on the Palm Beach County approval list to go into the parks. We have the telephone numbers to call to work with you and the County in getting your spaced reserved in the park with our unit.
Can I rent a unit for a school function?
YES! Again, we are fully licensed and insured so no worries. We will come to the school and scope out where the unit will best fit and help you make the event a big success.
Do you have rules that come with the bounce houses?
YES! There are rules that we request that you enforce.
All riders must remove shoes before playing in the unit.
To avoid back and neck injuries, flips and somersaults are not allowed
No sharp objects, no chewing gum or food permitted in the unit at anytime.
NO SILLY STRING, SHAVING CREAM OR OTHER STICKY SUBSTANCE ALLOWED IN THE UNIT. These substances can damage the unit and can not be used under any circumstance.
Can any age play on the units?
YES! However, we encourage you to only allow groups of the same age to bounce together, as the older kids tend to be a little rougher. Adults can have fun too! Please limit the amount of adults for safety reasons.
How many kids in the bounce house at one time.
As a guide line and depending on kid sizeAges 2 to 8 .........8 to 10 children Ages 9 to 12 .......6 or 7 children Ages 13 to 16 .....4 to 6 children
Will a bounce house fit in my yard?
Look for the dimensions next to each rental. Just add about 3 feet width and 3 feet length for walking room. (Example: [15'x15'] means 15 feet wide and 15 feet long. Your yard will need to be at least 18 feet wide and 18 feet long). Please locate an area away from power lines and sharp objects such as thorn bushes and tree stumps.
What payment options do you offer?
We accept cash, check or credit card (Visa and Mastercard only). You can reserve your bounce house with no deposit. Payment is due upon delivery of your rental.
How long do I get the rental for?
We normally deliver and set up in the morning between 8-11. You can keep the rental all day until we pick up between 5-8 in the evening. We will work with you to pick a time you would like us to deliver and we will confirm a pick-up time at delivery. We can make exceptions because we know every party is different.
What if it rains?
We all know in South Florida it may rain at any time. We will call you the morning of your event if the weather is bad or the forecast is calling for bad weather. Unfortunately, for your safety, we can not operate our units in rain due to the electricity and can not operate them in high winds or if lightning is present. We will work with you in rescheduling the delivery of your rental at of course, no charge to you. If you have our unit and it begins to rain, we simply ask that you pull the blower off the unit and place in a covered, dry area. Once the rain stops, you can quickly towel-dry the bounce house and start bouncing again. We do not offer refunds after delivery if it rains.
What are your policies for cancellation?
Because we do not take a deposit, we rely on you to let us know if there is a change in your event. Should your event cancel, we request that you contact AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, so that other families and friends have the opportunity to rent from us. We hold your reservation in good faith and have never missed a reservation, therefore we ask our customers to keep us informed as to a cancellation in advance, if possible.
Are your units in good shape?
Because we are family owned and operated and I am mother of 3 children, I pay a lot of attention to detail and cleanliness. Each one of our units is power washed and sanitized after each and every rental. They are all well taken care of and still look brand new. Children are our business and therefore, we take great pride in delivering to you a unit that is cleaned, sanitized, and in impeccable condition.
